• Most orders are shipped out via Priority Mail within 2 business days with verification of payment.
• Hot weather shipping (all orders between May 15 and September 15) must be shipped Priority or Overnight. ($4.00 extra for cool packaging).
• If the weather permits, and you think it is safe to ship to your area without the cool packaging, choose the Cool Weather shipping method.
• If we aren't sure that it's cool enough, we will notify you.

• During warm weather we ship most orders on Monday or Tuesday to avoid the chocolate setting in the heat in transit.
• For fastest processing, payment should be made via credit card, or PayPal.
• Personal checks or money orders are also accept, but we cannot ship until we receive the payment.
• Please contact us for International Shipping. Sometimes this is possible.
• Each country is different for shipping chocolate Internationally.
• In warm weather, time is a factor; sometimes it takes weeks.
